MMA Striking, better known as Shoot-Boxing, is a stand-up striking based martial art also incorporating standup grappling techniques also covering Muay Thai, K1 & Sanda rules.
Our MMA Grappling class focuses on Combat Sambo, a Russian form of MMA dating back to 1920's USSR based on Catch Wrestling & Judo that has being popularised recently by the likes of Khabib Nurmagomedov & Islam Makhachev.
